HELP!

I know this may be a lame attempt to get attention but I'm in need of users for my new Art forums called Inspiring Artists!

What is Inspiring Artists?

iA is a Art forum for all breeds of art from photography to traditional art and digital art. In other words, any art is more then welcome! iA has six different competitions running constantly with rewards being handed out in the form of reputation points! The competitions include:

Digital Graphics Of The Week competiton
Photo Of The Week competition
Wallpaper Of The Week competition
Traditional Art Peice Of The Week competition
Interface Of The Week competition
Art Of The Month!: This competiton is for the best of the best! All the weekly competition winners will be added here and then the final vote will be made by the users to decide what art deserves the title of Art Of The Month, as well as labelling the winning artist "Inspiring Artist Of The Month!".

iA is also home to Chapters! What is a "Chapter" you ask? Let me explain! A Chapter is a set. And by set I mean a bunch of images put together to represent the theme that has been selected for this Chapter. The images can be made up of all kinds of art from photography to drawings and digital interfaces. As long as they represent the theme for the respected Chapter and are of a reasonable standard then they will be selected to be part of the Chapter.

These Chapters will work in the same way as DepthCORE's Packs. If you havn't seen them and still do not understand what a Chapter is I encourage you to take a look at the the Packs at [link] to know exactly what I am talking about.

I'm not expecting our packs to be as great as DepthCORE's but I am hoping that we as a community will be able to work with various forms of art to represent one solid theme. The Chapters will have no limit to the amount of work allowed in each Chapter and Chapters will be an on going event for as long as possible!

iA has places where you can introduce yourself and places where you can just gerenally chit-chat with other members and a humour section to give everyone a good joke!

iA also has it's own chatroom where all the usres can join up and talk to each other at the same time! Located just under the active users section!

NOW THIS IS WHAT I NEED YOUR HELP WITH!
I ask of any of my friends that are willing enough to advertise Inspiring Artists with their journals so that all your friends can also know about it! I ask this as a favour and becuase I'm a kind man, I will be offereing forum moderation to my friends that are willing to commit to my ideas!

I'm hoping that this will be a successful project with much popularity!

Please help me if you wish, I am in no way pressuring you to do anything. Do it out of your own good souls! You can copy what I have written if you wish, just please be generous to give me a head start -- and your self a reward, hehe!

Popularity Group

Okay, I've been tolying with the idea of making a publicity group. What's a 'publicity group' you may ask? It's a group just like any other group, but it's not for competitions. It's for the sake of making users with lower page views and little popularity more known.

I personally think that there is alot of artists out there that need somthing to inspire them, somthing to help them become more confident in their own work. I would like to help these people people by giving them "Publicity".

This group would:
The moderators of the group can go around selecting peoples deviations that are worthy of being reviewed and at the end of the week a large amount can be reviewed and presented in a Journal.
Encourage other dA users to check out the account being reviewed and add their own pointers and advice to the user.
Announcements would be made with the use of Jouranls.

But, for this to work I will need as much help as I can get! I will need people to spread the word using their own journals to inform other members. If your interested please reply within this Journal!

Once I have some support for the idea I will create the account and the Publicity Group will be in order, I will also require a name for it! So if you have any suggestions please don't be afraid to leave a message here!

Please, let's help the newer users of dA to become more accepted and known within this huge community!

Well, I donno if the images have before slowly more popular and better but I've been getting alot more fav's and devWATCH's then usual. And usually I don't get any so this is all a great confidence boost!

I'd just like to take this chance to thank everyone who is watch'ing me and everyone who has every Fav'd me, it's makes all the work worth it. It's a great feeling to know that my work is liked. Shame that I don't have more open publicity to get more page views.

Oh, and also I would like to talk about the new System Of A Down album, Hypnotize. If you follow and are a fan of System Of A Down then you all now how different their last album Mesmerize was. Well, once again SOAD have gone for a different syle -- and once again it sounds like complete crap the first time around. After listening to the songs a few times I've found that they tend to grow on you just like the songs from their pervious album. SOAD are nothing like they used to be which is a complete shame, but none-the-less they still absolutly own.

I'd also like to show off my new website: [link] There are two skins for it so the users can choose, the [ v e c t o r ' c l e a n ] coding is still in construction but you can gather the general idea! The website is just a personal online portfolio of my works etc.

Well, that's my rant for now!

The DEATH Set is all about Death, in a sence. In my opinon smoking is just like becoming dead. Now, I'm thinking that everyone is thinking that I'm some human-health activist But not really, I just really dislike smoking. A few people around me smoke and I hate it. These images for the set were just from around my backyard, which is rather dirty.

I'm sure some people will have to agree on my point that smoking is bad etc, and I thank anyone who comments on my set or even just agrees with me. It'll seem like I've done an okay job.

There are eight images in the DEATH Set all entitled differently according to the image portrayed. I'm sure I clarifyed the meaning of these images in their descriptions so I hope everyone understands.
